INTERNATIONAL INDICTMENT AGAINST THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT

For Systemic Human Rights Violations and Crimes Against Humanity

The undersigned, Dean Allen Snow, on this day October 25, 2025, issues this formal indictment against the United States Government for widespread and systematic violations of fundamental human rights, contrary to international law, moral justice, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Article I – Crimes Against Families and Children

The U.S. Government, through agencies such as Child Protective Services (CPS), has engaged in the unlawful separation of families, the denial of parental rights, and the concealment of state misconduct without due process or trial by jury. These practices violate the right to family unity, fair trial, and human dignity as guaranteed under Articles 6, 7, 8, and 16 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Article II – Abuse of Power and Judicial Corruption

Through the use of secret proceedings, gag orders, and falsified reports, numerous state and federal actors have deprived citizens of liberty and parental authority without proper cause or oversight. These acts constitute judicial fraud, obstruction of justice, and a deliberate effort to suppress truth and accountability.

Article III – Suppression of Speech and Expression

By leveraging corporate partnerships with major social platforms and employing mass-censorship algorithms, the government has directly or indirectly suppressed political dissent, public discourse, and whistleblower testimony. Such suppression undermines the freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment and violates international conventions on freedom of expression.

Article IV – Systemic Discrimination and Social Control

Marginalized individuals — the poor, the disabled, and minorities — are disproportionately targeted by exploitative systems that profit from their suffering, including the prison-industrial complex, adoption-for-profit programs, and forced psychiatric interventions.

Article V – Failure to Provide Redress

Citizens subjected to these abuses are systematically denied remedies or compensation. Courts dismiss legitimate claims without review, while officials enjoy immunity. This violates Article 8 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which guarantees the right to an effective remedy by competent tribunals.
