International Indictment Against the United States Government

Preamble

We, the undersigned, charge the Government of the United States with violations of international human rights law, including the unlawful separation of families, denial of due process in parental termination hearings, the use of censorship and surveillance to silence dissent, and the systemic corruption of justice through deliberate obstruction, coercion, and psychological manipulation of vulnerable citizens.

List of Violations

Denial of jury trials in parental termination and child custody proceedings.
Obstruction of justice through destruction or concealment of exculpatory evidence.
State-sponsored censorship and suppression of speech, press, and petition.
Psychological abuse and coercion under color of law by state and federal agencies.
Violation of UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Economic discrimination and punitive sanctions against dissenting or indigent citizens.
Unlawful medical neglect, institutional corruption, and collusion with corporate entities.

Relief Demanded

We demand the immediate establishment of an independent international tribunal to investigate and prosecute these crimes against humanity. Furthermore, we demand reparations and restitution for victims of wrongful imprisonment, unlawful parental termination, and systemic government abuse.
