Trinity Chipowsky’s Story: Truth, Loss, Healing, Resilience, and Finding My Voice

Chapter 1: Accusations That Shattered Our Family

My name is Trinity Chipowsky. When I was a child, my family was torn apart by serious accusations made against my father, Dean Allen Cochrun.

My maternal grandparents, Robin Lynn and Andrew Joel Chipowsky, accused my father of molesting both me and my brother Gabriel. Neither of us ever made any such claims. These accusations came from people outside our home who had ulterior motives to harm my family.

Despite no evidence ever being presented to support these claims, and Dean never being found guilty of any wrongdoing, these false accusations were used to take custody away from my parents and place us with my grandparents.

Chapter 2: The Night My Parents Took Us Back

In August 2010, shortly after the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota, my parents, Jamie Lynn and Dean Allen, came to the home of my grandparents while my grandpa was asleep and my grandma was working an overnight shift.

They took me and Gabriel from that house. It was a desperate act driven by love and the need to protect us from a situation that felt wrong and unsafe.

Chapter 3: Collusion and Conspiracy

The situation was made worse by the fact that my grandparents colluded and conspired with judges, police, prosecutors, and lawyers to fabricate evidence and manufacture a case against my father.

This conspiracy manipulated the legal system to support false claims, further damaging my family and prolonging our fight for justice.

Chapter 4: Fighting for Truth and Family

The accusations against my father were false, yet they changed everything. My parents have always maintained their innocence, and I know in my heart that my father never harmed me or Gabriel.

The labels placed on my parents affected every part of our lives. Meanwhile, my grandparents were later accused of using these false claims to manipulate the courts and gain custody, adding more pain and confusion to our family’s story.

Chapter 5: The Unjust Consequences

Dean was never found guilty, and no evidence was ever presented to support the accusations against him. Yet, the damage continues.

One of the most troubling aspects is that the kidnapping conviction related to the incident requires sex offender registration. This requirement is imposed without any accusation of sexual intent, without proof, and often without notice to the defendant—raising serious constitutional concerns.

My grandparents, Robin and Andrew, have spread these false accusations far and wide, fueling ongoing harm to my family’s reputation and wellbeing.

Chapter 6: Finding Strength in the Struggle

The years that followed were hard. I struggled with pain and confusion, even thinking about giving up.

But my father’s love gave me strength. His support helped me find hope and courage.

I’ve faced heartbreaking losses—the suicide of my cousin and the passing of my grandpa Russ to cancer. To honor my cousin, I got a tattoo—a symbol of healing and resilience.

Despite everything, I’ve found love and happiness. I’m engaged now, ready to embrace a hopeful future.

Chapter 7: Speaking My Truth

Dealing with bullying and rumors was one of the hardest parts. But I found my voice.

When you see my videos and posts, I ask you to imagine being a child caught in lies and betrayal by those who should protect you.

See the pain, healing, joy, and resilience. Know that my father never harmed me or my brother, and that our family has been unfairly labeled.

Look beyond the surface to the broken system that failed us.

Chapter 8: See My Story Through My Eyes
