PASS 2
P.A.S.S.
Welcome to Parents Against Social Services
This site is a service and information group help site setup for
parents who are having or will have problems with the Department of
Social Services (D.S.S.). If you need help or can provide help for
someone who is in legal trouble with D.S.S. this is the place to be.
There are many children each year that are being abused and neglected
in the United States alone the numbers are staggering. But when the
D.S.S. investigates reports made to the office some of the
parent’s rights are being taken away without just cause. This
generally happens when they remove children without enough evidence to
prove that any abuse actually happened. This is when problems start,
children taken away from their home start to exhibit signs of abuse and
neglect although the reason for them exhibiting these sign is because
they have been taken away from their family. The signs are anxiety,
loss of appetite, confusion, and anger. These terms are terms that the
State uses to classify emotional abuse. So it is to say that the state
has actually abused the children in question in trying to do well.
Instead of realizing this they then turn to blaming and implicating the
parents.
Some of the things that P.A.S.S. is advocating are
1. All interviews conducted by D.S.S. with parents or children shall be
conducted under video surveillance with attorney present.
If a child does not yet have an attorney one shall be provided to the
child.
If a parent does not have and attorney one shall be provided.
2. That all witnesses to an incident be held accountable for any false
accusations.
3. That D.S.S. is not being able to obtain warrants without merit
founded by competent third party institution.
This is a place that will review all facts and findings to a case to
determine that removal of child would be in the best interest of the
child and this institution shall not have any affiliation with the
(D.S.S.) or court and will not be held accountable for any actions not
determined to be true, although founded upon later.
4. That all department workers be held accountable for any actions that
were deemed malicious and persecutory in a court not affiliated with
the court overseeing case regarding child.
5. That there be a separate court with its own regulation and a Judge
or Panel who are non-elected official.
6. All people involved by the court on the behalf of child and state be
separated from others side.
All too often it seems that the child’s attorney act with the
states attorney which is not in the best wishes of the child as the
state must act on behalf of the state. The child’s attorney in
many cases sides with the state instead of making decisions regarding
the child’s best interest.
7. That all judgments made can be overturned later no say is final.
8. That all decisions be brought before a panel.
9. That all children will be placed in group homes rather than foster
homes.
10. That no child may be adopted out of state. If parental rights are
deemed suspended.
11. That no parental right can be taken away however they will be
suspended.
The suspension is a determined amount of time that the parents will not
have any say over child’s welfare but can later be reinstated
after a period of time. Also they shall remain in contact with the
child for that period of time although limited by court if deemed
necessary for protection of child. That a parent can choose to
completely give up his or her rights if so chosen.
